Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FORGE application ("the app"). By using FORGE, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FORGE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

FORGE is a strength training application that generates personalized workout sessions based on your goals, history, and available time. The app is provided "as is" for informational and fitness tracking purposes.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

FORGE is not a medical service. The app provides general fitness information and workout suggestions. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your physical health.

You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur from using the app or following its suggestions. Exercise at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use FORGE. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Account and Data

FORGE uses your device and iCloud account to store data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, iCloud issues, or unauthorized access to your accounts.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

FORGE offers limited free functionality. Free users may access a restricted number of workout sessions per month.

FORGE Premium

Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited workouts and additional features. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.

Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as they process all payments. We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to issue refunds directly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app

8. Intellectual Property

FORGE, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Forge Trainer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Trainer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or health issues arising from exercise
• Loss of data or data corruption
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FORGE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
