Accessibility

FORGE is designed to be usable by everyone. We support the following accessibility features on both iPhone and Apple Watch:

VoiceOver

All controls, buttons, and data displays include descriptive labels for VoiceOver users. Workout logging, rest timers, and exercise navigation are fully accessible via gestures, keyboard, and speech output.

Reduce Motion

When Reduce Motion is enabled in Settings, FORGE reduces animations where supported.

Dark Interface

FORGE uses a dark color scheme by default, designed for high contrast and reduced eye strain in gym environments.

Sufficient Contrast

Text and interactive elements are designed for readability in all lighting conditions, including gym environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does FORGE generate my workouts?

FORGE builds each session based on your training history, stated goals, available time, and recovery signals (if you've enabled HealthKit). The system learns from every workout you complete and adjusts over time.

Can I customize my workouts?

FORGE is designed to minimize decisions, not maximize them. You set your preferences (goals, available days, session length) and the system handles the rest. During a workout, you can swap exercises if needed, and the system learns from those choices.

What if I miss a workout?

Life happens. FORGE doesn't penalize you for missed days. When you return, the system adjusts your next session based on the time away. No guilt, no streak anxiety.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select FORGE
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

Is my data secure?

Your workout data stays on your device and in your iCloud account. We don't operate servers that store your personal data. Only anonymous analytics are transmitted to help us improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Does FORGE work without internet?

Yes. Your workouts are generated and stored locally on your device. You can train without an internet connection.
